We offer delivery of all of our products across the UK as well as to most European Union countries too.
If you are contacting us about the delivery of your parcel please note:
All parcels are sent using the Royal Mail 1st class small parcel service. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3-5 working days however they do not guarantee this – it can take a few days longer. The cost of delivery is £4.50.
We send all customers with a completed order an email via your Paypal notifications – please check your mail boxes (including spam inbox) for our dispatch notice. Parcels go to Royal Mail on that same day as your order and the 3-7 working days begins from the following day when they get processed.
Additionally, our basket currently only calculates for small orders up to 5Kg. If you require a bulk order, please get in touch & we will get you a quote and invoice over to you.
Please note all parcels ( up to 2kg) are sent 1st class Royal Mail small parcel post. However at peak posting times such as Christmas delivery may take longer.
We are also able to send orders via Evri courier instead. Please email us to organise a delivery if you wish to use this method.
